Week Encouragement September 11th, 2024

It is nearing my favorite time of year, autumn! Terri and I love the colors, changing leaves, and all the yard and outdoor work we get to do in the beautiful weather. This year, we got a curve ball. Our septic tank collapsed in on itself. Unfortunately, it will cost $3,500. But we are still thankful that, though I am nearly 7 months behind on pay from the church right now, that we do have equity in our home to pay for it.

So, pray that things go well when we go to the bank, and there are no hidden charges or anything. We are trusting in the Lord like we always do, and we know it will work out one way or another because it always does! God is good and has never left us or abandoned us, especially in our time of need.

Terri and I can look back on our life together and see all the times God has been there for us and how things have always worked out, even when they looked bleak! So, once again, we will trust in Him, and all will be well.

Psalm 121:1-2
