Jesus had emotions

1.   Anger (righteous anger John 2:13-17 at the beginning of His public ministry during the Passover visit after His baptism. And again in Matthew 21:12-13; Mark 11:15-17 and Luke 19:45-46 during the final week before His crucifixion.)


2.   Fear (Mark 14:33 before He was taken into custody, Jesus said “My soul is deeply grieved to the point of death; remain here and keep watch.”)


3.   Disgust (Jesus was disgusted with the Pharisees in the synagogue waiting to see if He would heal a man on the Sabbath in Mark 3:3 He it reads, “after looking around at them with anger, grieved at their hardness of heart,” and Revelation 3:16 where Jesus says, “So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spew you out of My mouth,” to the church at Laodicea.


4.  Sadness (In John 11:35 when He wept because of the lack of faith in those at the tomb of Lazarus, and in Luke 19:41 when He cried over Jerusalem for rejecting Him as Lord.)


5.   Joy (Happiness) Jesus rejoiced in the Holy Spirit and joyfully praised the Father in Heaven in Luke 10:21, and verses John 15:11, John 17:13, and Hebrews 12:2 talk about the Joy of Jesus.


6.  Surprise (Matthew 8:10, Luke 7:9, and Mark 6:6)


7.   Contempt (Matthew 23:27-28, Matthew 23:33, Matthew 12:34 and John 8:44 mostly against the Pharisees and scribes.)
