House of Faith Church Theological Seminary

The House of Faith Church Theological Seminary is a 3 1/2 year course (it varies slightly depending on breaks, days-off, etc.), where students study various courses such as Hermeneutics, Systematic Theology, Old & New Testament Survey, Bibliology, Denominational History, Translation History, etc.

All students are periodically tested and MUST maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 to continue through the courses.

They also receive real-life training and application, officiating services as well as ordinances of the church, maintaining a web blog while in training, and perform various duties to aid with the experience of ministry.

All graduating students are fully recognized by the House of Faith Church as ministers of the Gospel and equipped to faithfully perform duties pertaining to the function and operation of the church, including Baptisms, Dedications, Weddings, Funerals, Communion, Preaching, Teaching, Leading small groups, Bible Studies, Prayer Meetings, or any other calling on them by God.

Chaplain Lori Ulman

Lori attended the House of Faith Church Theological Seminary from 2007 - 2010, graduating with 113 credit hours.  Since graduation Lori has had numerous opportunities to give the Sunday Service message, as well as lead our morning Prayer service each Sunday.

She also serves The Iosco Ministerial Association as the Nursing Home Chaplain, giving four services per week to the residents. Lori and her husband Kurt Ulman own and operate The Healing Acres Petting Farm, a non-profit outreach in Iosco County.

Deacon Kurt Ulman

Kurt attended the House of Faith Church Theological Seminary from 2007 - 2010, graduating with 113 credit hours.  Since graduation Kurt has become a Deacon at the House of Faith Church, fulfilling the duties as such, aiding with church ordinances such as baptisms, collections, and Communion.

Kurt and his wife own and operate The Healing Acres Petting Farm, a non-profit outreach in Iosco County.

Lynnette Higgins

Lynnette attended the House of Faith Church Theological Seminary from 2007 - 2010, graduating with 97 credit hours.  Since graduation Lynnette has given the Sunday Service Message at the House of Faith Church as well as the Oscoda Assemblies of God on numerous occasions.

Grace Steadman

Grace Steadman - Fahselt

Grace attended the House of Faith Church Theological Seminary from 2007 - 2010, graduating with 113 credit hours, as well as receiving two high achievement awards for maintaining a GPA of 4.0 in every Term.  Since graduation Grace has given Sunday Service Messages at the House of Faith Church, as well as maintaining a Christian Blog.

Grace passed away in 2019. She served the Lord well and is greatly missed.
